Monday: 10 am with Tina 

Monday: 5:30 pm with Doria

Wednesday: 9 am with Theresa 

Thursday: 5:30 pm with Doria

Friday: 9:30am with Tina

Saturday: 10 am with Doria

Pilates Reformer allows for a total body workout with a focus on correct body alignment and control. This instructor lead program, will strengthen your core, stabilize your joints, improve flexibility, and increase your sense of balance and body awareness. Pilates Reformer sessions are available in private, semi-private and group sessions.

Pilates Reformer workouts can be personalized to meet the needs of all age groups, and physical activity levels. “Reformer” is ideal for people with arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, or recovering from orthopedic injuries in addition to increasing strength and all over fitness.
